Sharing the Holiday Spirit
The Police Department made sure that Christmas morning was special for children at Miller's Children's Hospital, Tichenor Clinic for children and Casa Youth Shelter. Through donations to the annual Toy Drive from local businesses and residents, the Police Department was able to deliver toys to children unable to spend Christmas at home. The Police Department also ensured that underprivileged children living in the inner and Las Brisas communities had toys under their Christmas tree.
With support from the Signal Hill Police Foundation, Signal Hill Community Foundation, and others, the Police Department delivered holiday care packages to 22 Signal Hill Families in need. Special thanks to the Signal Hill Community Services Department and City employees who volunteered to make this program a success.

The sold-out event included 100 golfers that spent a sunny autumn day on a beautiful golf course to raise funds supporting Police Foundation programs. Congratulations to the 2020 Champions - Brotherhood Crusade.
